Rant of the day…
I have just finished reading the last and final issue of I, Vampire. This is a very underrated comic book series. It was released with DC’s New 52, and now has ended after only 19 comics. From what I understand people didn’t appeal to it due to it’s fear of being related to the Twilight series. OK, this series was in NO WAY CLOSE to Twilight. It was a dark romantic horror story depicted in a unique art form . This guy gets unwillingly turned into a vampire, turns the girl he loves into a vampire so they can live together forever—but she ends up turning evil and he spends the rest of eternity trying to stop the havoc she creates. No sparkles. No weird half baby vampire. No wishy-washy bad drama. Just some awesome action. Good story. And random cameos with Batman and Constantine. Go read it!
